7:30 PM: Joshua Devlin called the meeting to order.
MINUTES: John Luce made a motion to accept the minutes of June 18, 2018 as written. Jared Fitts seconded. Four voted in favor.
NEW BUSINESS:
Open Paving Bids: Selectmen received the following bids for the 2018 paving projects:

Vaughn Thibodeau 323,789.60
The Town Manager did the calculations and found that B&B Paving had the lowest per ton price as well as the lowest total bid. Jared Fitts made a motion to accept B&B Paving’s bid of $302,923.40. John Luce seconded. Four voted in favor.
TOWN MGR/TAX COLLECTOR/CODE ENF OFFICER/RD COMM. REPORT:
- The Town Manager gave the treasurer’s report as of June 25, 2018.
- Kevin let the Board know the assessor was in today to do the tax commitment, and the new mil rate is 14.65. Bills will go out Saturday, will be due July 31st and interest will start August 1st.
- There was discussion regarding the three-year contract for Meridian Mobile Health LLC to handle our ambulance billing, and the current company will handle our fire billing and collections after the initial billing cycle for ambulance services. John Luce made a motion to sign the contract. Jared Fitts seconded. Four voted in favor.
WARRANT: John Luce made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of June 25, 2018 in the amount of $10,157.50. Jared Fitts seconded. Four voted in favor.
WARRANT: John Luce made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of June 25, 2018 in the amount of $33,565.75. Jared Fitts seconded. Four voted in favor.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Speed Study on Fuller Road: After discussion, Selectmen requested the Town Manager rescind the request for the State to do a speed study on Fuller Road.
Culvert on Bemis Road: Doug Small said there is a dropped culvert on Bemis Road. Kevin said he has already pre-marked it for the pavement to be cut, and will be fixing it this summer.
