7:30 PM: Suzan Rudnicki called the meeting to order.
Public Hearing – Junkyard Permit: Suzan Rudnicki opened the public hearing to discuss Clement’s Starter and Alternator Repair’s application for a junkyard permit at 17 Clement’s Way. The Town Manager explained the particulars of the application. There was no discussion from the floor. The public hearing was closed.
NEW BUSINESS:
Junkyard Application – Reginald Clement: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to grant the junkyard permit to Clement’s Starter & Alternator Repair. John Luce seconded. Four voted in favor.
MINUTES: Voting on the minutes of November 19, 2018 was tabled as there were not enough Selectmen present who attended that meeting.
TOWN MGR/TAX COLLECTOR/CODE ENF OFFICER/RD COMM. REPOR
- The Town Manager and Selectmen went over the items in this week’s packet.
- Kevin gave the Board an update on the recreation department and activities they have going on, including Breakfast with Santa and an adult craft workshop.
- Kevin stated if the Board has no objections, he would like to skip a meeting next week. Selectmen had no objections.
WARRANT: John Luce made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of November 26, 2018 in the amount of $5,120.32. Doug Small seconded. Four voted in favor.
WARRANT: John Luce made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of November 26, 2018 in the amount of $42,048.26. Jared Fitts seconded. Four voted in favor.
ADJOURNMENT: Sue Rudnicki made a motion to adjourn. Jared Fitts seconded. Four voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
