ROAD COMMISSIONER/TAX COLLECTOR/TOWN MANAGER REPORT:

- Tom let Selectmen know the skid steer was returned last Friday after completing another week of work in Highland Cemetery.
- Tom provided the Board with copies of Fire Chief Michael Azevedo’s investigation of the accident involving fire truck #421.
- The Town Manager advised the Board that a number of residents who set up payment plans for their foreclosed properties are not making payments, and the issue needs to be addressed. Tom suggested that the Board hold a workshop next Monday to review these real estate accounts and determine the next step.
NEW BUSINESS:
Equipment Trailer: Tom advised the Board that at this time each year, if there is a balance in the Public Works account, he has purchased gravel or process reclaimed tar to stockpile for the next year’s use. This year we have a balance or around $8,000.00, and Tom asked the Board if they would use some of that balance to purchase a new equipment trailer for the town at an estimated cost of $4,000.00. The Board decided to have Tom get prices and sometime in December, if the money is still available, they will look at the options for a trailer.
