Regular Meeting (04-12-2021)
Selectmen Present: Suzan Rudnick, Douglas Small, Jared Fitts, Isaac Raymond and Daniel Frye

7:30 PM: Suzan Rudnicki called the Selectmen’s meeting to order.
MINUTES: Douglas Small made a motion to accept the minutes of April 5, 2021 as written. Isaac Raymond seconded. Four voted in favor. Suzan Rudnick abstained as she was not
present for that meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
Public Works: Kevin said Willie Dunton had planned to come back to work today, but he broke his foot over the weekend and will be out for a while. Kevin said he plans to help Sonny Sewall out when he can, and he reached out to the fire department to see if any members are interested in picking up some hours helping out.
Eagle Scout Award Presentation: The Town Manager said Noah St. Pierre did his Eagle Scout project at the Rec Field last year, and we are going to help with the presentation of his Eagle Scout Award either before or after our next meeting on April 26th.
Village Garage Update: Kevin stated the contractor started work on the village garage today and took the boiler room off the building.
Snack Shack Plaque: Kevin showed Selectmen a proposed design of a plaque for the snack shack at the Rec Field. Selectmen approved of the plaque as proposed.
WARRANT: Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of April 12, 2021 in the amount of $5,690.28. Jared Fitts seconded. Five voted in favor.
WARRANT: Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of April 12, 2021 in the amount of $18,424.24. Jared Fitts seconded. Five voted in favor.
ADJOURNMENT: Sue Rudnicki made a motion to adjourn. Daniel Frye seconded. Five voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm.
