Regular Meeting (02-08-2021)

Selectmen Present:                Douglas Small, Isaac Raymond and Daniel Frye

Absent:                                   Suzan Rudnick and Jared Fitts

7:30 PM:  Daniel Frye called the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

MINUTES:  Douglas Small made a motion to accept the minutes of January 25, 2021 as written Isaac Raymond seconded.  Three voted in favor.

NEW BUSINESS:

Firehouse Subs Grant Award – Cardiac Monitor:  Town Manager Kevin Howell let the Board know the fire department was awarded a grant for a cardiac monitor, so we will not have to request funds from the town meeting for it.

 

2021 Town Meeting Warrant:  The Selectmen and Town Manager went over the proposed warrant for the 2021 Town Meeting.  After discussion Douglas Small made a motion to approve the 2021 Town Meeting Warrant as revised.  Isaac Raymond seconded.  Three voted in favor.  Selectmen signed the town meeting warrant

 

2020 Annual Report:  Kevin stated the auditor’s short report is done and included in the annual report, which will be sent to the printer tomorrow.

 

WARRANT:  Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of February 1, 2021 in the amount of $5,021.71.  Daniel Frye seconded.  Three voted in favor.

WARRANT:  Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of February 8, 2021 in the amount of $10,605.80.  Daniel Frye seconded.  Three voted in favor.

WARRANT:  Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of February 8, 2021 in the amount of $227,554.39.  Daniel Frye seconded.  Three voted in favor.

 

ADJOURNMENT:  Isaac Raymond made a motion to adjourn.  Dan Frye seconded. Three voted in favor.  Meeting adjourned at 8:06 pm.
