7:32 PM:   Suzan Rudnicki called the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

MINUTES:  Daniel Frye made a motion to accept the minutes of October 18, 2021 as written Isaac Raymond seconded.  Three voted in favor.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Schedule Public Hearing for Junkyard Renewals:  Daniel Frye made a motion to schedule a public hearing for junkyard renewals on November 8, 2021 at 7:30 pm.  Isaac Raymond seconded.  Three voted in favor.

 

Beaver Creek Road Adoption/Special Town Meeting:  After discussion about the deed(s) from Gene Clavette to sign over Beaver Creek Road and gift a parcel of land to the town, Daniel Frye made a motion to sign the warrant for a special town meeting on November 22, 2021 with an article to adopt Beaver Creek Road and an article to accept the land surrounding North Carmel Cemetery.  Isaac Raymond seconded.  Four voted in favor. 

 

ARPA Update:  The Town Manager let the Board know he has ordered the digital sign and initiated the website redesign

 

WARRANT:  Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of October 25, 2021 in the amount of $6,532.60.  Daniel Frye seconded.  Four voted in favor.

WARRANT:  Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of October 25, 2021 in the amount of $90,314.08.  Daniel Frye seconded.  Four voted in favor.

 

ADJOURNMENT:  Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to adjourn.  Dan Frye seconded. Four voted in favor.  Meeting adjourned at 8:01 pm.
