7:30 PM: John Luce called the meeting to order.
MINUTES: Douglas Small made a motion to accept the minutes of February 3, 2020 as written Isaac Raymond seconded. Three voted in favor. Jared Fitts abstained as he was not present for that meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
RSU 87 Referendum Election: Superintendent Mark Turner gave an overview of the referendum question which will be voted on March 3, 2020, and said they will be having a public hearing(s) to explain it to taxpayers. The referendum question is for bond financing for energy/infrastructure upgrades (phase 1) and renovations (phase 2) to all three schools in RSU 87.
2019 Annual Report Review: The Town Manager gave a presentation of the annual report and said it is ready to go to print if Selectmen have no objections. Selectmen had no objections to the report as presented.
WARRANT: Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of February 10, 2020 in the amount of $4,520.38. Doug Small seconded. Four voted in favor.
WARRANT: Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of February 10, 2020 in the amount of $202,239.40. Jared Fitts seconded. Four voted in favor.
