7:30 PM: Suzan Rudnicki called the meeting to order.
MINUTES: Sue Rudnicki made a motion to accept the minutes of February 9, 2015 as

NEW BUSINESS:
Snowmobile Club Update: Jerry Stanhope gave the Board an update on what's going on with the Snowmobile Club, including new bridges for the trails and new equipment they've purchased. Jerry said all the snow and cold temperatures have help up the progress on dragging the trails this season, and the heavy, wet snow has knocked down a lot of trees. Jerry also stated the club has not been staying open for bingo because the cost of heat and electricity is more than they bring in for bingo.
Code Enforcement Officer Possible Candidate: The Selectmen met with Brent Basley, who is interested in the code enforcement officer position and is willing to take the necessary courses to become certified. Selectmen let him know the position is for at least two days a week in Carmel. Mr. Basley said he works Tuesdays and Thursdays in Holden, and does lawn care in the summer. After discussion, Mr. Basley stated he would speak with the Holden Town Manager, who was formerly a code enforcement officer, to learn more about what the job entails, and then get back to us. No action taken.
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the Full-time fireman’s payroll warrant of February 17, 2015 in the amount of $828.07. Joseph Pelletier seconded. Five voted in favor.
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of February 17, 2015 in the amount of $2,671.00. Joseph Pelletier seconded. Five voted in favor.
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the Full-time fireman’s payroll warrant of February 23, 2015 in the amount of $828.07. Joseph Pelletier seconded. Five voted in favor.
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of February 23, 2015 in the amount of $3,139.55. Joseph Pelletier seconded. Five voted in favor.
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of February 23, 2015 in the amount of $19,555.04. Joseph Pelletier seconded. Five voted in favor.
