7:30 PM: Suzan Rudnicki called the meeting to order.
MINUTES: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the minutes of April 13, 2015 as written. Doug Small seconded . Three voted in favor
NEW BUSINESS:
One-Ton Truck Body: Tom let the Board know that Ryan Simpson had attended the Dysart Auction and like bodies sold for $400, but Tom will check with Bangor Truck Equipment and get back to the Board.
Appointments: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to appoint Julia Pike as Municipal Agent for the Town of Carmel for the ensuing year. Earlyn Bowers seconded. Three voted in favor.
Earlyn Bowers made a motion to appoint Kevin Howell as Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Carmel for the ensuing year. Suzan Rudnicki seconded. Three voted in favor.
Municipal Quitclaim Deed: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to sign a quitclaim deed for the estate of Donald G Dyer Jr. Earlyn Bowers seconded. Three voted in favor
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the Full-time fireman’s payroll warrant of April 20, 2015 in the amount of $828.07. Doug Small seconded. Three voted in favor.
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of April 20, 2015 in the amount of $2,867.35. Doug Small seconded. Three voted in favor.
Fire Truck Committee: It was decided there will be no Selectmen's meeting on April 27th, but there will be a meeting of the fire truck committee at 6:00 pm
ADJOURNMENT: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to adjourn. Earlyn Bowers seconded. Four voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm.
