7:30 PM: Suzan Rudnicki called the meeting to order.

MINUTES: John Luce made a motion to accept the minutes of June 29, 2015 as written. Joe Pelletier seconded. Three voted in favor.

CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER REPORT: Code Enforcement Officer Kevin Howell stated he had issued a building permit to the library today.

After discussion, John Luce made a motion to award the bid for Map 8 Lot 48-10 to Michael and Amanda Ellis for $3,200.00. Joe Pelletier seconded. Three voted in favor.

John Luce made a motion to award the bid for Map 8 Lot 48-9 to David Schmid for $3,100.00. Joe Pelletier seconded. Three voted in favor.

John Luce made a motion to award the bid for Map 10 Lot 11-1 to Alvin B. Smith for $30,000.00, and to allow the Town Manager to go to the next highest bidder if Alvin decides he doesn't want to take the property. Joe Pelletier seconded. Three voted in favor.

WARRANT: John Luce made a motion to accept the Full-time fireman’s payroll warrant of June 29, 2015 in the amount of $828.07. Joe Pelletier seconded. Three voted in favor.

WARRANT: John Luce made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of June 29, 2015 in the amount of $5,133.25. Joe Pelletier seconded. Three voted in favor.

WARRANT: John Luce made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of June 29, 2015 in the amount of $449,104.76. Joe Pelletier seconded. Three voted in favor.

 

ADJOURNMENT: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to adjourn. Doug Small seconded. Four voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:31 pm.
