7:30 PM:                                   Suzan Rudnicki called the meeting to order.

MINUTES: John Luce made a motion to accept minutes of September 8, 2015 as amended. Earlyn Bowers seconded. Five voted to accept.

NEW BUSINESS:

Abatement for Clemente Marcillo, M7 L35-18 ON: John Luce made a motion to abate 2012 and 2013 taxes for Clemente Marcillo, as the building was previously removed. Earlyn Bowers seconded. Five voted to accept.

Set Date for General Assistance Hearing: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to set October 5, 2015 as the date for the General Assistance Ordinance Hearing. John Luce seconded. Five voted to accept.

Set Date for Junkyard Hearing: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to set November 23, 2015 as the date for the Junkyard Hearing. John Luce seconded. Five voted to accept.

Town Manager's Contract: After discussion, it was decided Selectmen will do the Town Manager's evaluation prior to signing the contract.

WARRANT: John Luce motioned to accept the payroll warrant of September 14, 2015 in the amount of $ 828,07 Earlyn Bowers seconded. Five voted in favor.

WARRANT: John Luce motioned to accept the payroll warrant of September 14, 2015 in the amount of $ 4,413.34 Earlyn Bowers seconded. Five voted in favor.

WARRANT: John Luce motioned to accept the payroll warrant of September 21, 2015 in the amount of $ 828,07 Earlyn Bowers seconded. Five voted in favor.

WARRANT: John Luce motioned to accept the payroll warrant of September 21, 2015 in the amount of $ 4,312.99 Earlyn Bowers seconded. Five voted in favor.

WARRANT: John Luce motioned to accept the accounts payable warrant of September 21, 2015 in the amount of $ 279,985.00 Earlyn Bowes seconded. Five voted in favor.

WARRANT: John Luce motioned to accept the accounts payable warrant of September 21, 2015 in the amount of $ 20,090.69 Earlyn Bowes seconded. Five voted in favor.

ADJOURNMENT: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to adjourn. Joseph Pelletier seconded. Five voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:22 pm.
