Regular Meeting (11-25-2019)

Selectmen Present:               Douglas Small, John Luce, Jared Fitts and Isaac Raymond

7:30 PM:  John Luce called the meeting to order.

 

TOWN MGR/TAX COLLECTOR/CODE ENF OFFICE/ RD COMM. REPORT:

 

Kevin Howell let the selectmen know that there will be an additional primary election in 2020 held on March 3rd, which is the day after our Town Meeting.

 

Kevin went over the final details of the MMA Safety Enhancement Grant and provided a copy of the reimbursement request he recently submitted.  He was able to purchase 60 new traffic cones in addition to the safety gear and lights earlier this year.

 

John Luce asked about the Ambulance Billing; Kevin gave him an update on billing and collection numbers since inception of the new program and year-to-date.

 

WARRANT: Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of November 25, 2019 in the amount of $4,196.61.  Jared Fitts seconded.  Four voted in favor.

WARRANT: Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of  November 25, 2019 in the amount of $20,943.92.  Jared Fitts seconded.  Four voted in favor.

 

ADJOURNMENT:  John Lucemade a motion to adjourn.  Doug Small seconded.  Four voted in favor.  Meeting adjourned at 7:37 pm.
