7:30 PM: Jared Fitts called the meeting to order.
MINUTES: Douglas Small made a motion to accept the minutes of December 9, 2019 as written Isaac Raymond seconded. Three voted in favor.
NEW BUSINESS:
Tax Acquired Property: The Town Manager gave Selectmen a list of current tax acquired properties, including the ones that foreclosed on December 8, 2019. There was discussion regarding the three Heinstrom properties as the owners have passed away. After discussion, it was decided the Town Manager would look into whether a probate case has been opened by any possible heirs.
2020 Budget: The Selectmen and Town Manager went over the proposed 2020 budget.
Clogged Culvert: Kevin Howell let the Board know someone spray-foamed a culvert, completely blocking it. The neighboring property owner cleaned it out, and Kevin passed the information along to Deputy Jon Carson.
WARRANT: Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of December 16, 2019 in the amount of $7,979.23. Doug Small seconded. Three voted in favor.
WARRANT: Isaac Raymond made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of December 16, 2019 in the amount of $4,716.44. Doug Small seconded. Three voted in favor.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Street Light Outage: Toby Pelletier stated there are two street lights out down by the rec field. Kevin said he would check it out.
Skating Rink: Isaac Raymond asked if Kevin would be making an ice skating rink at the rec field again this year. Kevin said if the weather conditions work out right, he will do it again.
ADJOURNMENT: Isaac Raymond made a motion to adjourn. Jared Fitts seconded. Three voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:02 pm.
