7:30 PM: Suzan Rudnicki called the meeting to order.
MINUTES: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the minutes of February 1, 2016 as

NEW BUSINESS:
Planning Board Update: Planning Board Chairman Herbert Dean let the Board know the
Planning Board has been discussing possible changes to allow lots within subdivisions to have 1½ acres and 150 feet road frontage (rather than 2 acres and 200 feet frontage). Herb stated he wanted to bring it up to the Selectmen for their consideration. Herb also said we are losing a Planning Board member (he has not yet received a resignation letter) and there is another member with very poor attendance who may resign, so we may have two vacancies to fill.
TOWN MANAGER/ROAD COMMISSIONER/TAX COLLECTOR’S REPORT:
The Town Manager gave the treasurer's report as of January 31, 2016.
2. Tom let the Board know we started posting roads today.
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the full-time fireman’s payroll warrant of February 8, 2016 in the amount of $878.49. Joe Pelletier seconded. Four voted in favor.
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the payroll warrant of February 8, 2016 in the amount of $3,881.40. Joe Pelletier seconded. Four voted in favor.
WARRANT: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to accept the accounts payable warrant of February 8, 2016 in the amount of $21,398.92. Joe Pelletier seconded. Four voted in favor.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to 22MRSA § 4305(3B) to discuss a general assistance matter. Earlyn Bowers seconded. Four voted in favor. Selectmen went into executive session at 7:50 pm. Selectmen reconvened in regular session at 7:57 pm. No action taken, informational only.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Suzan Rudnicki made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to 1MRSA § 405(6)(A) to discuss a personnel matter. Earlyn Bowers seconded. Four voted in favor. Selectmen went into executive session at 7:58 pm. Selectmen reconvened in regular session at 8:09 pm. No action taken, informational only.
OTHER BUSINESS; LPI Appointment: Earlyn Bowers made a motion to appoint Kevin Howell as Local Plumbing Inspector for the Town of Carmel. Douglas Small seconded. Four voted in favor.
