Update on Ambulance Accounting: The Town Manager explained the auditor called on Friday to say she worked on the ambulance receivables account and has the number down to an acceptable difference.

Steel Roofing (Troy Weeks): Troy Weeks explained the differences between steel roofing options and asphalt architectural shingles. Troy said he would recommend architectural shingles because they are less costly and you wouldn’t have the safety concerns with snow and ice possibly falling onto customers and/or their vehicles. There was discussion about the fact that asphalt shingles are on the new section of the fire station, and we have serious leaks in it. Troy said we could put steel roofing on the back section and asphalt on the front. Troy stated he will come back in the daylight and do some measurements to get us a rough estimate on the cost.
